The Glenlivet Guardians’ Chapter Winner
Back in October we introduced you to The Guardians’ Chapter from the expert distillers at The Glenlivet, a series of events where the famous distillery looked to discover it’s first crowd-sourced single-malt. With 3 potential new expressions up for scrutiny from whisky lovers the world over, the chapter allowed the public to cast their vote over which of the distinctive creations should become the latest permanent addition in the distillery’s selection of whiskies. And the winner is in!
Attracting many fans at the numerous tasting evenings held across the country the Exotic expression has been crowned the winner of the search, with it’s rich, spiced flavours making a confident statement that helped it stand-out as true original. Many of those that attended the evenings will be eagerly looking forward to enjoying another dram of this unique distillation when it launches in March under the name of The Glenlivet: The Guardians’ Chapter.
For those that did not attend the evenings, or who have yet to sample any of The Glenlivet’s fine creations, The Guardians’ Chapter will make a perfect contemporary introduction to the labels extensive 190-year history of whisky production.
