In a video series entitled ‘Conversations in modernism’, Ben Sherman filmed three pairs of creatives at the top of their respective fields as they discussed their interpretation and experiences of modernism.

The result was three captivating and informative discussions that celebrated the modernism’s diverse interpretations, exploring even further than we anticipated. The modernists delved deep into what it means to be creative in a modern world, questioned how craftsmanship can survive the digital revolution, and asked whether it’s possible to push things forward whilst still paying respect to the past.

Featured in the series were bespoke shoemaker Sebastian Tarek with music entrepreneur Alex Robinson; Mercury Award nominated musician Ghostpoet with street photographer Matt Stuart; and artist Justin Hibbs talking to cultural raconteur Jason Jules.
