I generally suffer from dry skin but the problem is exacerbated in winter, particularly
my neck after shaving, when my skin becomes very red, dry and quite painful.

I obviously try to avoid shaving when I can, but unfortunately this isn't
always practical.

Are there any after-shave creams you would recommend as well as a good daily
moisturiser, preferably ones that are available on the high street for a
reasonable price?
