Gillette Fusion ProGlide Olympic Gold Edition

Regular readers of Ape to Gentleman will be aware that we are big fans of the Gillette Fusion ProGlide, read our full review here. Now, the engineers at the UK based Gillette Reading Innovation Centre have, in our opinion, improved it further. With the London 2012 Olympics fast approaching Gillette have released a superb looking ‘Gold medal’ edition. Launched as part of P&G’s (Procter & Gamble, owner of Gillette) Olympic support campaign for Team GB, the razor packs all the punches of the traditional ProGlide but sports a winning gold on black handle.

The cartridges or blades remain the same as the original ProGlide, so no need to consider purchasing gold plated blades. Show your support for Team GB and also get a stylish looking razor to upgrade your bathroom.

The Gillette Fusion ProGlide Olympic Gold Edition in Power and Manual versions will RRP at £9.99 and £15.49 (with battery and blade(s)) respectively. Both are out now.

Available from Amazon.

Ok I know this is the Olympic year, but I think this is a bit cheesy though… I mean why not a golden condom too? It’s so Olympic!
