Bulldog, the UK’s first and largest natural skincare brand for men, is to produce another grooming first with the introduction of the Golden Shower Gel. This new product from the award winning range contains an amazing blend of natural ingredients including extracts from Thailand’s Cassia Fistula, also known as the ‘golden shower tree’, and the exfoliating qualities of 24k gold flakes. This combination combines to produce a rigorous and explosive showering experience. Available in a limited edition bottle finished in gold leaf, the Golden Shower Gel will launch nationwide on the 1st April, and is sure to become a must for men everywhere this spring.

Cassia Fistula, or the golden shower tree as it is commonly known, is widely grown as an ornamental plant in tropical and subtropical areas of Thailand. It blooms in late spring and flowering is profuse, with trees being covered with yellow flora. In Ayurvedic medicine, the Golden Shower Tree is known as aragvadha (“disease killer”). Its fruitpulp is used as mild laxative.

The Bulldog range was born out of frustration that there were no options available for switched-on men who wanted to reduce the number of man-made chemicals in their bathrooms. As a pioneer of natural grooming, all Bulldog products are body friendly and don’t contain controversial man-made chemicals such as parabens, sodium laureth sulfate, artificial colours, or synthetic fragrances. Instead all Bulldog products are loaded with essential oils and other amazing natural actives to deliver superb grooming results.

Simon Duffy, Co-Founder of Bulldog: “We are delighted to once again deliver a new and unique experience for British men.  So far we have been inundated with demand for the limited edition bottle from celebrities. Obviously this is confidential information, but if you were to say names like Goldie, Mr T, Jimmy Saville or Goldie Hawn then you wouldn’t be a million miles away. Men of Britain, you’re welcome.”
