Snow filled Ski slopes, a Military complex, an Olympic swimming pool, a Velodrome and now Equestrian Riding Stables- the Moncler Gamme Bleu fashion shows have definitely become a highlight of Fashion Week.

The collection reflected the interesting choice of location adopting a horse and hound theme throughout. Deer stalkers, jodhpurs, quilted vests, shearling-lined coats and the brand’s trademark puff jackets could be found in fabrics ranging from leather and tartan to houndstooth, tweed and wool.

While the venues are all marked with obscurity, there is nothing ordinary about Moncler Gamme Bleu collection itself either. Thom Browne has captured the core essence of the Moncler mountaineering heritage and created a directional capsule collection for Autumn/Winter 2011, with an Equestrian theme.
