With large shots of the Autumn/Winter 2011 Runway, looks in groups or up-close and detailed, a portrait gallery of the models, a focus on the finish of the clothes and on the architectural set elements, Willy Vanderperre captures the essence of the Dior Homme Show in a Three-minute sequence.

This new work from the Belgian Photographer comes in response to the desire of Kris Van Assche, Dior Homme Creative Director to develop Artistic projects that speak to a public permanently connected to electronic media. At a time when everything is moving faster than ever this alternative means of presenting a collection succeeds in conveying the essentials of the show, its style and key loos with a powerfully unique aesthetic.

The essence of the Dior Homme Fall/Winter Collection in Three Minutes.

The Enfold/Unfold Video was shot last January, on the morning of the Dior Homme show at the Tennis Club de Paris; it captures all there is to know about the season, and maybe even more than that witnessed by the real-life attendees. A succession of images recalls the passage of the models, then suddenly a figure in red pulses on the screen with as much force as on the runway, and comes followed by shots in Black and White. In all, only One-Hundred-And-Eighty seconds have passed and the full spirit of the Dior Homme Autumn/Winter 2011 distilled in its entirety.
