History

Eau d’Italie was launched to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the stunning La Sireneuse hotel in Positano, on the Italian Amalfi coast. The hotel wanted to create a gift for all of their guests, and when in discussion the idea of a fragrance was brought up. Hence the birth of Eau d’Italie designed to recreate the scent of the hotel and the surrounding area.

The demand was so great for the fragrance from the hotels guest that Marina Sersale and Sebastian Alveraz Murena, of the La Sireneuse hotel, launched a line of fragrances inspired by places and moments in Italy.

The pair have worked with perfumers Bertrand Duchaufour, Alberto Morillas, and most recently, Jacques Cavallier.
