The Nike Free Hyperfeel, inspired by Nike’s “Nature Amplified” design ethos which also includes Nike Free Flyknit and two new clothing technologies, Aeroloft and Dri-FIT Knit – was created to intuitively move with the foot.
A low-profile, ultra-thin design does not come at the expense of cushioning, with research insights from the Nike Sport Research Lab suggesting optimal areas to place foot-protection and traction.
The Nike Free Hyperfeel shoe mimics the human foot with Lunarlon foam replicating cushioned pads under the foot. A protective outsole like hardened skin on the sole and Dynamic Flywire flexing and contracting, inspired by ligaments.
The Nike Free Hyperfeel ($175) will be available in the U.S., U.K. and Japan beginning September 5th. It can be pre-ordered at nike.com/hyperfeel.
