There are a plethora of men’s grooming brands available today; some good, some bad. Some with multi-million pound marketing budgets and some with little in the way of advertising funds. We can imagine it’s difficult to cut through the fanfare, when all any of us really want is the most effective products. Value for money is fine, as long as you get this. Handsome packaging is another but this alone is not enough.

Every Ape and Gentleman should demand the best, and be sure he’s using only the finest products. There are of course, more specialist brands such as Geo F Trumper who produce the world’s finest shaving products but this list covers brands who offer a complete range of men’s skin care and grooming products.
