Nike Pegasus 33

The versatile Nike Air Zoom Pegasus, favoured by Mo Farah for its secure, light and fast attributes sees a new iteration in the Pegasus 33. Constructed with new Nike Zoom Air pockets in the forefoot of the shoe’s Cushlon midsole paired with existing Zoom Air units in the heel its a seriously responsive and snappy shoe even over long distances.

“This design was about fine-tuning the details of what makes this shoe great,” explains Bret Schoolmeester, Senior Director of Nike Running Footwear. “We knew the Pegasus already provided a smooth ride and a perfect fit, but we wanted to make it even more responsive. We obsessed over it.”

A secure fit and breathability are the highlights of the shoes’ upper for comfort alongside a Fitsole sockliner which conforms to the shape of the foot while the heel counter secures the rear foot throughout the stride. Engineered mesh provides ventilation and support at the same time a partial-mesh inner-sleeve facilitates a secure fit while the shoe’s Flywire technology has been subtly updated for an more adaptive fit through the midfoot and arch.
