Slim d’Hermès Watches

For those of you looking for a seriously elegant watch and a slice of Hermès style, the new Slim d’Hermès Watch collection is worthy of your consideration. Designed by Philippe Apeloig who “drew the typographic essence of a watch line”- highlights include geometrical shapes, single stroke hour markers without any counterweights on the ends with a simple and elegant dial surface compromising three different levels: a first circle for the chapter ring, a second central disc, and finally a small seconds subdial.

The collection debuted in 2015 with a Slim d’Hermès Manufacture driven by an ultra-thin H1950 movement and a Slim d’Hermès Perpetual Calendar- both measuring 39.5 mm in diameter but new models continued to be added, enhanced by new shades with a slate grey dial and matching elephant grey alligator strap; while a matt indigo strap works well with the hue of the Slim d’Hermès midnight blue.

A transparent sapphire crystal caseback reveals the H1950 driving the displays of the hours, minutes and small seconds at 6 o’clock while a 2.6 mm calibre ensures a 42-hour power reserve. Automatic winding is ensured by a technically complex micro-rotor.

Perfect for those looking for understated style and that classic elegance that Hermés offers. More at Hermes.com or call +44 (0)20 7098 1888.
