Frédéric Malle has released his next fragrance instalment, and this time with perfumer Sophia Grojsman. We are told that Grojsman was the perfumer Malle coveted most outside of those of the prestigious Roure Bertrand Dupont laboratory, where he worked.

Their creation- named Outrageous is inspired by the Caipirinha cocktail in Brazil: think samba on the beach, bursts of orange and blue in low light, crashing waves and a vibrant local population. Outrageous consists of fresh bergamot, tangerine and green apple against a backdrop of cinnamon, musk and ambroxan. It’s a colourful and energetic scent ideal for Spring/ Summer, and what Malle likes to call “clean sex appeal”.
