Sandro SS17
Sandro, the understated Parisian brand founded in 1984, with its Left Bank-inspired designs have being producing menswear since 2008. In a similar vein to AMI, Acne Studios and A.P.C. this simplistic brand is noted for its stylish wardrobe staples.
Sandro’s Spring/ Summer 2017 collection is as strong as previous, this time with a strong nautical influence- inspired by sailors as they pass through harbours and cities. Fluid cuts and proportions underpin this summer’s collection.
We see wide, pleated and ankle-length trousers worn with a loose sky-blue or pyjama shirt. The materials are light, ideal for chic and summery wear. Also en-vouge; double-breasted or two-button jackets worn over short-sleeved technical knits available in plain and striped versions. There are also wide-hem pleated jeans with a beige trench coat or a vintage brown distressed leather coat, teamed with a honeycomb zip-collar polo shirt.
Smart leisurewear takes the form of blue or black joggers cut like darted trousers while v-neck knits work well with the trousers and are rounded out by a structured raincoat with a wide neckline. The leather shoes with a thick lug sole, laced or buckled complete the collection.
