Frette SS17 Bedding Collection

Slightly off-topic for Ape but we couldn’t resist featuring the Frette Spring/ Summer 2017 collection. A little background first; Frette, headquartered in Monza, Italy have been producing the finest linens since 1860- and today represent the finest opportunity to up your bed linen game.

Their SS17 collection follows the cultures and heritage along the Tropic of Cancer- crossing through India, China, Nigeria, The UAE and Mexico- where Frette took inspiration for its latest collection and the textures, colours and decorations within. Examples include the warm serenity of deserts to the charm of secular architecture, with Frette’s contemporary Italian touch.

Additional collections in the Frette SS17 collection include Frette 379 which was inspired by an Art deco fabric sample found in the archive which was labelled as Frette 379 and has been reinterpreted as a modern geometric pattern. And Pave which comes as a new addition to Frette’s classic collection. A yarn dyed jacquard bedspread and cushion set with a blend of cotton, linen and silk. Pave features an all over soft geometric jacquard pattern.
