Moncler Breezy Fascination
Outerwear brand Moncler have released its Spring/ Summer 2017 collection, and it has taken a different, more playful direction. Designed with a pop attitude, reflected in a “smile” logo on each item within the collection, we see a balanced mix-match of combinations that create a metropolitan and informal style.
The famed Moncler down-jacket is included but this time shaped as a shirt which revisits the classic military model, featuring vertical boudin, chest pockets and gross-grain. A vintage touch is added by the cotton piquet t-shirt and gabardine trousers.
The rest of the collection includes an unlined jacket with fabric pockets and leather details, a heavy cotton knit t-shirt and nylon swimsuit, with large pockets and “smile” logo. Next up is Ape’s favourite; an aviator jacket distinguished by knitted trims and biker collar. And completing the collection; a white pullover in raglan with patchwork and a timeless ultra-white polo shirt.
