The new fragrance, Mark Birley For Men: Charles Street, is uncompromisingly exclusive. Named after the noble address of Mark’s Club founded in 1972 by Mark himself, the new fragrance is in its entirety, a very masculine scent exuding leathery notes. Dissatisfied with old fashioned men’s products, Mark Birley set out to produce a modern and distinctive fragrance that offered the best in quality and creation. Only the top craftsmen were involved in the design and development of each element, from scent to bottle, the majority of the product is hand made using some of the most traditional techniques. The fragrance itself was developed in London, Paris and Grasse, and produced in one of the finest perfume factories in France.

The Man behind the Brand

The Scent

From the nose Christian Plesch, the scent combines luxury and masculinity in a balanced fragrance composition. The top notes include a blend of coffee, mace and the rare angelica root oil. The heart contains notes of orange flower, tuberose, orris and Raspberry and the warm, spicy base is dominated by masculine leather, balanced by vanilla, musk and oil of patchouli.
