Eastpak x Maison Kitsuné – Capsule Collection
Eastpak have joined forces with French music and fashion label Maison Kitsuné to release a limited edition capsule collection.
The collection is made up of five pieces, and uses Eastpak’s signature carriers, which are decorated with Maison Kitsuné’s CamoFox print and trimmed with red and white graphic branding.
The collection, which launches on Monday December 4th, is designed to appeal to style conscious city-goers who want to stand out from the crowd.
The five items in the capsule collection, which range from between £28 for the smaller items and £190 for the largest piece, are the Isabella Pouch, Padded Pak’r Bagpack, Flask Tote, Perce Duffel, and the Trans 4S trolley.
Founded in 2002 by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, Maison Kitsuné started life as a record label, before later branching out into fashion. Their collections are noted for blending traditional production standards with a more contemporary sense of style, providing a sense of timeless elegance in their clothing.
The name Kitsuné comes from the Japanese word for Fox. In Japan, the fox is said to have the ability to change its face and appearance, and the many faces and appearances of the fox are a representation of the different parts and directions of Kitsuné as a label.
