The Logorama uses an animated story to illustrate how modern society is inundated with a plethora logos we all recognise subconsciously. It’s almost got to the stage that people ‘can’t see the product for the brand’.
The Logorama Movie was directed by the French animators H5 (masterminds behind videos for Massive Attack, Goldfrapp and Röyksopp) Hervé de Crécy, François Alaux and Ludovic Houplain. The short movie was first unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival in 2009. Such is the calibre of this short film, it launched 2010 Sundance Film Festival and recently won a 2010 Oscars (Academy Award) for best animated short film.
