Founded during 1973 in Abington, Massachusetts, United States by Nathan Swartz, Timberland have mastered outdoor wear and in particular, footwear since their inception over 60 years ago.
The Timberland Fall Winter 2015 collection is aptly titled; The Modern Trail. It depicts a journey of city streets, unpredictable weather and last minute plans- ideal for Timberland’s known versatility across footwear, clothing and accessories. In fact, the weather during our photoshoot below was particularly unpredictable, appropriately.
Wherever your day’s path may lead- through shift s in temperature and terrain, or rugged days and refined nights- the adaptability of a collection, and what it offers is fundamental to any outfit.
The Black Forest Collection
Inspired by the colour black, Timberland’s Black Forest Collection features the colour that goes with anything. The collection embodies the dark shades of grey inspired by deepest parts of the woods, married with monochromatic head-to-toe looks. In tune with the global trend of charcoal colouring, the collection features premium leather boots, sleek clothing and modern jackets in city-centric silhouettes, greyscale hues and a notable level of att ention to detail.
To celebrate the launch of the new Black Forest collection, there will be a DJ and opportunity to personalise footwear in the Timberland Regent Street Store, London between 4-8pm on the 8th and 9th of October.
