Crombie AW16 Collection

Crombie, have released their Autumn/ Winter 2016 collection with a focus on autumnal colours and tones. The range is inspired by the ‘great arbiter of men’s fashion’; Beau Brummell and the Regency era in which he lived that favoured understated, bespoke garments.

The new collection concentrates on a traditional menswear aesthetic with cashmere, shearling and butter soft lambs-leather being the most lavish materials used.

Royal navy, grey and black feature strongly throughout the outerwear pieces; whilst deep chocolate and raisin blend with pastel blue and khaki to complete the colour lineup.

The style of the Crombie AW16 collection is centred around not so typical male archetypes with key pieces being a soldiers Greatcoat, a pilot’s aviator and the traditional gentleman’s overcoat- a clear reflection of the Regency era’s fashion influence.
