Last of England

In a world of fast fashion it is always great to see brands sticking true to traditional, quality manufacturing techniques, instead of focusing purely on a drive to lower cost and as such, quality. One new British company built upon this philosophy is Last of England, a brand dedicated to utilising the talents of British manufacturing, and who are not led by fashion.

The neatly curated collection consists of fine knitwear pieces including a fisherman inspired cashmere jumper, produced in the UK and a more subtle moss stitch cashmere jumper, again produced in the UK.

The highlight of the collection is their Teba Jacket which is steeped in history, being originally designed and created on Savile Row for King Alfonso XIII of Spain as a shooting jacket. Today the Teba Jacket is mainly produced by Spanish tailoring houses as a smart casual option, perfect for the Spanish heat.
