Creators of outdoor equipment, apparel and footwear, have announced the unveiling of a new take on its iconic Summit Series collection which, after a year-long hiatus, will be back for sale October 15, reimagined with cutting edge innovation and purposeful design.

Guided by a design ethos of “Respect. Inspire. Evolve.” The line Respects the athlete’s culture and the environment that they play in; Inspires athletes through the product designs; and Evolves by pushing the limits in innovation and technology.

Summit L1 Top and Pant

Base layering essentials; made from engineered fabric to provide warmth and moisture management, as well as articulated construction for mobility.

Summit L2 Jacket

The mid-layer has an engineered knit back for targeted warmth and moisture management. Made with extremely durable Polartec Thermal Pro with Hardface Technology fleece.

Summit L3 Jacket 

An ultra light, insulated with 800-fill RDS down, mid-layer. Using minimal seams and a digitally printed color that uses less water than traditional dyeing process, makes this jacket unbeatably durable.

Summit L4 Jacket 

The warmest synthetic mid-layer is insulated with ThermoBall, allowing it to retain warmth when wet.

Summit L5 Shell and Shell Pant 

Boasted to be the most advanced shell outerwear The North Face has ever built, the pair utilizes a waterproof, breathable DryVent 3L membrane. The shell and pant have localized FuseForm construction for targeted durability with, one-piece construction for alpine mobility.

 Summit L6 Jacket

The final layer of the line is a 800-fill RDS down belay jacket that uses welded construction for increased warmth and weather-resistance, incorporating FuseForm construction for targeted durability.
