Partnering to celebrate a “shared passion for style and craftsmanship”, whisky brand Chivas Regal and premium audio brand LSTN Sound Co. have created a rather unique pair of headphones.
The partnership will feature a range of products aimed to raise around $150,000 for the Starkey hearing foundation, who help people across the globe hear for the first time. The ‘First is Generosity: Amplified’, headphones made partly from recycled American Oak whisky casks will retail at $250.
As a further part of the partnership, Chivas Regal and LSTN Sound Co. have also produced a limited-edition gift tin to house a bottle of Chivas Regal 12-year-old scotch whisky. To reach the $150,000 goal, a percentage of the profit from every sale of the headphones and the whisky will be donated directly to the Starkey Hearing foundation.
