Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Collection

OMEGA have released a wide number of Aqua Terra models for 2017. Updated both inside and out, the design of each timepiece has been transformed to give an added edge of style and a refreshing new look.

The Seamaster Aqua Terra has always been centred around the balance between sophistication and ocean spirit. In the new collection, some of it’s most popular features have been enhanced or subtly transformed.

The most notable changes include the teak pattern on the dial, which now runs horizontally as opposed to vertically, as well as the cleaner aesthetics and the symmetrical case. Certified as Master Chronometers, the collection also provides added precision and performance to the Aqua Terra.

Available in 41mm or 38mm models, the new symmetrical cases found throughout the collection gives each watch a distinctly balanced aesthetic. To maximise symmetry the date window has also been moved from 3 o’clock to 6 o’clock.

In order to provide a cleaner dial, the “water-resistance” indication has now been moved to the caseback, and some 41mm models now feature a rubber strap, new to the Aqua Terra, which is integrated to the case by an additional stainless steel or 18k gold link.

Metal bracelets in the collection have also been redesigned to achieve a better integration with the case, and to better suit wearers with slimmer wrists. They also include hardened, a screw and pin system, and a new wave pattern on the caseback.
