Apple MacBook

Apple just updated their handsome MacBook range with the latest dual-core Intel Core M processors up to 1.3 GHz, with Turbo Boost speeds up to 3.1 GHz, improved Intel HD Graphics 515 performance, faster flash storage and an additional hour of battery life, improving on the already thinnest and lightest Mac ever made.

The MacBook sits ‘beneath’ the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro in terms of power, and in between the two price wise. It features an all-metal unibody enclosure available in gold, silver, space grey and rose gold. It boasts a 12-inch Retina display and all-day battery life in a design that weighs just 0.9kg and is 13.1mm thick(thin).

“MacBook is the thinnest and lightest Mac we have ever made and it’s our vision for the future of the notebook,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. “Customers are going to love this update to MacBook, with the latest processors, faster graphics, faster flash storage, longer battery life and a beautiful rose gold finish.”

With no moving parts or vents the MacBook is entirely fanless for silent, efficient performance and of course comes preloaded with Apple’s latest OS X El Capitan. It’s super stylish, thin and light- for those on the move, it’s a great choice of laptop, although the more powerful MacBook Pro will perhaps be required for those seeking optimum performance and larger and 12″ screens.
