This summer, Frescobol Carioca are launching their first venture into the world of eyewear in collaboration with luxury Italian brand, LGR.
Beachwear brand Frescobol Carioca embodies the spirit and style of Rio de Janeiro providing that laid-back luxury feel from the shores of Brazil’s most iconic, breathtaking beaches.
The brand boasts a loyal following of active high achievers who span the sporting, fashion and film industries, including the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Andy Murray and Jamie Redknapp, amongst others.
Having stocked the brand in their stores for the last few seasons, Frescobol Carioca have decided to design a line of men’s sunglasses that combines their Brazilian aesthetic with LGR’s Italian craftsmanship.
Harry Brantly, co-founder of Frescobol Carioca, and Luca Gnecchi, founder of LGR, have been longtime friends, and so the philosophy of both brands have a lot in common, both being aimed at men who choose to live their life on the road, constantly travelling and seeking new adventures.
The collection comprises of four carefully designed sunglasses, each handcrafted by LGR’s artisans in Italy, created to be durable, stylish and unique.
