New from Giorgio Armani- Stop and See, a short film for the Giorgio Armani Frames of Life 2017 campaign. Centred around a world that never stops moving, three main characters are caught in a relentless pursuit of success. The crux- will they decide to stop and smell the roses and thus appreciate life?
The Frames of Life campaign is an initiate by Giorgio Armani to remind us to savour our surroundings and a cautionary tale to never stop dreaming. The film boasts poignant portrait, high paced black and white shots which reinforce the high-energy aspect of the film.
Shot in Lisbon, the city of light which has a renowned artistic and creative community located by land, river and sea, and, Lisbon is also a city on the move. Directed by Pepe Avila De Pino and Kirsten Tan, these rising stars also participated in the 2014 Films of City Frames as NYU Tisch School of the Arts students.
The film of course is a way for Giorgio Armani to showcase its super AW17 collection of glasses and sunglasses with the Italian brands’ eyewear taking centre stage in the story. The crafted details of the collection are created using cutting edge production techniques and construction to ensure maximum comfort and modern yet timeless elegance, which Giorgio Armani captures so handsomely, every time.
