Porsche Design x HUAWEI – Mate 10 Smartphone

As the most exclusive of all devices across the Mate 10 Series, this collaboratively made smartphone combines Porsche Design’s aesthetic craft with Huawei’s mobile engineering expertise.

Its unique front and back cover design are entirely encased in robust glass, and come in an exclusive Diamond Black colour. Porsche design specially developed the user interface for the device, as well as the luxury leather case which it comes with.

The premium look and feel of the Mate 10 was designed with discerning customers in mind, who put style as well as substance at the front of their mind, and expect the best that money can buy.

A battery management system was used to maximise battery life and avoid power wastage by learning from the user’s behaviour and allocating resources accordingly, and the phone boasts largest battery size among all flagships on the market. This, combined with Huawei’s SuperCharge technology, means a 20-minute charge can provide a whole day’s power.

A 6-inch screen with 18:9 aspect ratio was designed so the user wouldn’t have to compromise on premium quality films and photography, which alongside the 3D curved glass design of the device, provides quality ergonomics with seriously impressive tech.

For example, The pre-installed real-time AI Accelerated Translator instantly translates text, voice, conversations, and images into 50+ languages across devices, and the camera, co-engineered alongside Leica, guarantees professional grade photography in 12-megapixel RGB, automatically adjusting the colour, contrast, brightness and exposure depending on conditions.
