More Rewarding | Ape to Gentleman x American Express® Nectar Credit Card

A sponsored post in association with American Express® and Nectar

We’ll make no secret of the fact we use American Express. Their customer service is second to none, and for anyone reading this who also uses an ‘Amex’ you’ll know what I’m referring to. So when Amex presented their American Express Nectar Credit Card to us, we were naturally interested- a credit card which offers Nectar rewards on all spending. In layman terms, you earn Nectar points on your daily purchases, which can then be used at a wide range of places, for everything from coffees to meals out or even trips further afield with Eurostar and Expedia.

Naturally, being a style blog our bag is purchasing clothing and trialling our American Express Nectar Credit Card at Mr Porter seemed like a great idea. We purchased a pair of Reigning Champ Slim-Fit Loopback Cotton-Jersey Sweatpants in black. Part of the Reigning Champ ‘Core Program’ collection that consists of just nine staple items you can wear all year round. We first discovered this label while visiting Toronto – the brands’ home and where each item is handmade in Canada. This pair is cut from cotton-jersey with a sweat-wicking loopback interior and has a tidy slim shape that tapers slightly towards the ankles. Ideal ath-leisure wear for comfy Sunday mornings or travel, they are best teamed with a Reigning Champ sweatshirt, Reigning Champ Tshirt, Converse sneakers.

It gets better too; new Cardmembers  receive 20,000 bonus Nectar Points if they spend £2,000 in their first three months of Cardmembership², With loads of fashion Nectar partners, from ASOS to Reiss, this means your new spring wardrobe could earn you lots of points to spend on rewards.
